User Data Deletion

Last updated: 27 April 2026

You can ask us to delete your Tutram account and the personal data tied to it at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that and what we'll remove.

For everything else about how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Step 1 — Email us

Send a request to info@tutram.com from the email address you used to register your Tutram account. Sending from the registered address lets us verify it's actually you, without making you jump through extra hoops.

Step 2 — Include your details

In the email, include:

Step 3 — We'll process it within 14 days

We'll respond with a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. In most cases it's done within a few working days; our outside limit is 14 days from receiving your request.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently remove from our active systems:

What we may keep, and why

A small amount of data may stay in our records after deletion, only where the law specifically requires it:

What about my customers' orders?

If you ran a Tutram shop and customers placed orders through it, we'll remove your shop from public view immediately. The order records themselves stay in our system for the period required by consumer-protection / tax law, then they're purged. Your customers' contact details aren't published anywhere — they were only ever visible to you and to our support team for troubleshooting.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we'll email you to confirm. After that, your account no longer exists — if you change your mind later, you'll need to sign up fresh.

Questions

If you're unsure what to write, just email info@tutram.com with the subject line "Delete my Tutram account" and we'll guide you from there.
